This Coaching Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned Client ("Client") and Regina Taute of Collective Growth Coaching and Consulting ("Coach"), effective as of the date signed below.
1. Overview of Services
Coach agrees to provide career coaching services focused on Interview Preparation, designed to support the Client in preparing for job interviews through guided sessions and personalized support.
2. Scope of Coaching Package
Interview Preparation Package Includes:
- Five one-on-one Prep Sessions: We will spend 55 minutes in each session digging into custom interview questions based on the role and your experience.
- Custom Interview Questions: Tailored specifically for the roles you’re applying to, so you’re ready for the real thing.
- “Tell Me About Yourself” Prep: Master one of the most critical questions with a response that sets the tone and makes an impact.
- SCAR-L Prep: Develop compelling responses using the SCAR-L framework (Situation, Challenge, Action, Result, Learning) to showcase your achievements and adaptability.
- Strong Questions for the Interviewer: Prepare insightful, strategic questions to ask your interviewer that demonstrate your interest and professionalism.
- Negotiation support, if needed
Sessions may be conducted via Zoom.
Package Investment: $699.00 (Due in full prior to the first session)
Individual Sessions: Available separately at $199 per session after the package investment.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- All sessions must be completed within 90 days of the initial session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You must schedule your sessions via the link shared after you pay for the service.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
4. Confidentiality
Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, unless disclosure is required by law. Client agrees to respect the same confidentiality regarding any proprietary tools, frameworks, or materials shared by the Coach.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to actively participate in all coaching sessions, complete any preparation assignments, and communicate openly and honestly to get the most from the coaching experience.
6. Limitation of Services
Coaching is not therapy, legal advising, or job placement. Coach does not guarantee employment or job offers. The Client accepts responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and results during and after the coaching relationship.
7. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required prior to the first session.
- For individual sessions after your package expires, click this link to schedule and pay for additional sessions.
8. Money Back Guarantee
If after your first session, you don’t feel that this program is the right fit, we will refund your payment, no questions asked.
9. Agreement & Signatures
By purchasing this package, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
